Dr. Bonnie Mitchell received her Doctor of Behavioral Health from Arizona State University in 2018 after completing her Masters in Clinical Counseling Mental Health, and her Bachelors in Psychology.

Dr. Valdez earned his medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA in 1992, specializing in Neurological Surgery and Occupational Medicine.

Sparrow Goudey (Tsalagi/Wyandot)
Group Facilitator / Counselor / Consultant

Founder of the Healing Circle Workshops. With over 30 years of continued sobriety, she has developed and conducts workshops throughout Southern CA for both Native and non-Native communities. Sparrow is an international trainer and facilitator for White Bison, Inc. and the Wellbriety Institute.

Chuck Jackson
VP of Compliance and Quality
After receiving his bachelor's degree, Chuck attended graduate school to be a Sports Psychologist. He quickly learned that he had a knack for the business side of the industry and pivoted his career trajectory from direct care and research to the administrative side of healthcare.
